Training is a key aspect of our quality process. All employees undergo training program on routine basis to enhance their technical expertise. Key topic areas are identified on project perspective and all the project team members are trained in it. Refreshing sessions and Brain storming sessions are organized regularly which results in lateral thinking. Apart from the technical training, the employees are trained in process areas for the better management of projects.

Bleuphish encourages its employees to participate in workshops and seminars conducted by external technical consultants. Bleuphish also reimburse the certification cost for its employees. We give importance to employees’ career enhancement and advancement in assisting them to meet specific performance expectations and request approval to engage in developmental activities and/or formal coursework or training.

Our goal in providing in-house training fulfills a variety of functions - the most important of which is to improve the value of our employees. It is our desire to prepare our workforce for promotions, increase performance, reduce turnover, and improve motivation and morale. To top off our efforts, employees’ participation will make them more marketable in the long term.
