With a roadmap to deploy country portal installations in every country in the next 5 years in numerous languages, the partnership faced the daunting task of architecting, developing and deploying a robust and futuristic solution and also delivering a proof-of-concept within 3 months that can be successfully piloted and showcased.

After the successful delivery of the pilot product, the product is currently under Beta testing (as of January 2005) involving hundreds of teachers across the globe.

A large Pharmaceutical firm's Field Sales organization is comprised of multiple product divisions in multiple geographic regions. Each of these divisional/regional sales teams maintains responsibility for keeping their staff current with the latest product, pricing and research information.

Bleuphish developed and deployed approximately 100 portal applications to help the firm's teams share and manage their local news and information.

Our client, a large scale mortgage corporation, provides services to address the housing needs across America. Our client wanted to build an innovative collaboration platform that will help the hundreds of their researchers in educational institutions, policy makers, sister organizations and other vendor organizations can come together to discuss various issues and to make recommendations to develop policies. The members of this platform can subscribe to relevant information sources and newsletter which are procured by our client from the various information brokers and vendors.




We have helped this firm build a Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration platform to publish best practices, share lessons learned from different projects, publish information about the different customers, contact information, sales related marketing collateral and proposals, industry news, methodology, architecture and several other 'body of knowledge' organized to support simple browsing by a casual user and comprehensive search by a knowledge worker.

The key to providing access to such a large knowledge repository is the multi-dimensional taxonomy that is scalable to cater to the needs of the different business units globally.




Our teams implemented a knowledge management environment using Intraspect c-business platform, a web-based online and offline collaborative workplace environment.

The new environment enables knowledge sharing, enhances communications, and drives collaboration and reporting of the working documents that the client depends on for facilities management.

Further, the project team worked with the client to establish metrics for performance and value measurement so the true benefits of this knowledge management initiative can be calculated.




Our team conducted an information system effectiveness assessment of our client's Clinical Education Consultants (CEC) library system, resulting in recommendations to make the system more effective for the CECs, especially the ability to share best practices across the CEC community.




Our client maintained multiple disparate calendaring applications with minimal to no standards, resulting in inconsistent end-user experience, redundant development, and inefficient manual processes for event planning.

Bleuphish abstracted a scalable data model and built, deployed, and integrated a centralized capability for multiple business groups.
